The Wall's original path next to the Brandenburg Gate has 1,000 giant painted dominoes have been set up that will be toppled on Monday evening in the presence of visiting leaders from Britain, France and Russia, in a symbolic re-enactment of the day the Berlin Wall fell 20 years ago.

The Jewish Museum Berlin will be back "on.tour" from 19 January 2009. The Tour 2009 will begin at a school in Berlin's district of Neukolln and continue on to three further schools in Berlin.
