Freefall Dance Company will present Freefall at the Flicks at the Patrick Centre, Birmingham Hippodrome on Friday 1st March 2007. Freefall Dance Company provides opportunities for dancers of school-leaving age with severe learning disabilities. The Company was founded in autumn 2002, evolving from a partnership between Birmingham Royal Ballet and Fox Hollies School, Birmingham.

Birmingham Royal Ballet Director, David Bintley CBE, has re-launched the Directors Appeal, established in 2005, in order to raise funds to support the Company's new work. All money raised through the appeal goes towards the creation of new ballets by the Company and has been BRB's most successful fundraising initiative to date. The Directors Appeal supported the recent world premiere of Cyrano at Birmingham Hippodrome.
