The board of directors of Russia's flagship airline Aeroflot [RTS: AFLT] approved Monday the purchase of two new long-range Airbus 350XWB passenger planes and 22 long-distance Boeing 787 Dreamliner jets.

Aircraft manufacturer Boeing has unveiled its new "green" passenger jet, the 787 Dreamliner, which boasts a series of fuel-efficient design features.

First Choice Airways has purchased an additional four Boeing 787 Dreamliners, powered by the fast-selling GEnx engine-taking total GEnx orders to 830 for 28 customers, with a list price value of more than $10 billion.
