A new report by the World Bank says countries in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, along with emerging markets including China, and India, have made the greatest strides over the past year in terms of the ease of doing business in those countries. The just released (9/25) Doing Business 2008 report says, in general, private entrepreneurship has become easier worldwide.
