Business executives in India are the most optimistic in the world in terms of expectations for growth in Indian economy, their industries as well as improvement in inflation levels in their countries, a new McKinsey study shows.

From 20 countries of Emerging Europe, assigned Fitch ratings, only Armenia, Kazakhstan and Ukraine have positive outlook.

Fitch Ratings Agency upgraded the outlook on Armenia's foreign and local currency issuer default ratings to "Positive" from "Stable" and affirmed the ratings at "BB-" (BB minus).

Time Warner Cable Inc. (NYSE: TWC) today reaffirmed its 2007 full-year business outlook. Time Warner Cable continues to expect that its 2007 full-year percentage growth rates in Revenues and Operating Income before Depreciation and Amortization will be in the mid-to-high thirties, off a base of $11.8 billion and $4.2 billion, respectively.
