Audi achieved a new sales record in China in 2007, selling 101,996 cars in China (including Hong Kong) – a gain of about 25 percent compared to the previous year.

With demand increasing for its stylish new models, Ford of Europe's sales soared by an impressive 93,500 units in 2007 to a record 1,833,600, a rise of 5.4 per cent on the previous year. Market share improved to 8.9 per cent.

Worldwide sales for the Renault Group increased by 2.2% in 2007 to 2,487,453 units. The Group’s share of the world market was 3.6%.
The France and Europe Regions returned to growth in the second half of the year, with an acceleration in the last quarter.

GM dealers in the United States delivered 323,453 vehicles in December, down 5 percent compared with a year ago. With 257,469 retail vehicle deliveries, retail sales for the month were up 1.5 percent.

AUDI AG sold approximately 893,600 cars worldwide between January and November, a rise of 7.3 percent on the prior-year period (2006: 833,021).
In November itself, more than 75,600 cars were handed over to their new owners (up 0.5 percent; 2006: 75,258).

Britain's best-selling small cars, the Ford Fiesta, Fusion and Ka, continue to top the sales charts boosted by an exciting line up of special editions during 2007 and a new edition to lead the sales charge into 2008.

Mercedes-Benz has set a new sales record for the period between January and November, with 1,079,400 units delivered (Jan.-Nov. 2006: 1,042,500 units).
