Lou Dobbs, whose anti-immigration views have made him a target, both figuratively and literally, will announce he is leaving CNN on his Wednesday broadcast, the New York Times reports. Dobbs has been a major distraction for the network over the past several months.

New Jersey police are investigating a bullet that struck the side of CNN host Lou Dobbs' home. While the bullet didn't penetrate the building, and fell to the ground, Dobbs' wife, Debi Lee Segura, was standing outside the house, along with her driver on Oct 5th when the incident occurred. No one was hurt.
