Dance Base, Scotland's National Centre for Dance, has teamed up with swing teachers and performers Fly Right Dance Company for an evening of jive, jitterbug and swing.

MAD HOT II, The National Ballet of Canada’s annual fundraising gala, returns on June 17, 2008 to Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts. The National Post hailed last year’s MAD HOT as “the best gala” and The Globe and Mail named it the “best fundraising event” of 2007.

The National Ballet of Canada’s summer mixed programme opens on June 13 and includes Alberta Ballet’s The Fiddle and The Drum, presented at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts as part of Toronto's second annual Luminato – Toronto Festival of Arts & Creativity. Also on the programme are the second detail & Etudes & Five Brahms Waltzes in the Manner of Isadora Duncan.
