Dubai World to invest $2.7 billion for a 50 percent interest in CityCenter in Las Vegas and will make a significant equity investment in MGM MIRAGE

Dubai World will purchase a 50% stake in Artist's rendering of CityCenter, the $7.4 million mixed-use luxury development by MGM MIRAGE, as well as other significant equity investments in MGM MIRAGE.
