NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announces the launch of a family of high dividend indices based on its European national blue chip indices: AEX, BEL 20, CAC 40 and PSI 20. This new series will be available from April 3rd 2008.

On Monday 3 March 2008, Liffe will launch options on Nyrstar, which will be included in the BEL20 index after the close of the markets on that day. Each option will have 100 underlying Nyrstar shares.

Liffe1 announces the launch of Single Stock Futures on Banco Espírito Santo (BES)2 and Jerónimo Martins3 on the Lisbon derivatives market. The new SSFs will be available for trading from 19th December 2007.

Liffe announced a major expansion of its Bclear service with the listing of flexible Individual Equity Options contracts and flexible Universal Stock Futures (USFs) on Russian Depositary Receipts as well as flexible USFs on Czech, Hungarian and Polish securities. The new listings will encompass 14 USFs and 3 Individual Equity Options on Russian Depositary Receipts and 31 USFs on Czech, Hungarian and Polish underlyings.

The company placed 663,482 shares to raise a total of €11.62 million. On the basis of the reference price of €17.52, the market capitalization of Mindscape stands at €59.2 million.
