With today's schedules it seems the only exercises we do is with our fingers on the keyboard. Men who exercise hard are less likely to die from cancer, according to a Finnish study published in the July 2009 issue of the British Journal of Sports Medicine. According to the American Cancer Society some 294,000 men died of cancer in 2008. According to the organization, some 270,000 women died from cancer-related causes.
