EMP|SFM offers free admission and live music from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the first Thursday evening of every month. August’s All Access Night at EMP|SFM will feature The Endeavors at 6 p.m. and Tea Cozies at 7 p.m. in Sky Church. All Access Nights are sponsored by The Boeing Company.

Experience Music Project Opens Vault Of Oral Histories

Since 1993, Experience Music Project (EMP) and the Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame (SFM) have steadily built a rich collection of more than 500 filmed oral histories documenting the contributions of artists in American popular music and science fiction. For the first time, visitors will be able to see and hear many of those firsthand accounts from the artists in their own words at the exhibition Sound and Vision: Artists Tell Their Stories, opening February 28.
