PARIS - A major international newspaper organization has condemned the Mexican government for not prosecuting the killers of dozens of journalists that have been murdered in that country over the past 9 years.

U.S. President George W. Bush will review the credit crunch and global market turmoil with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderon at a two-day summit that starts on Monday.
