This year Music in the Round celebrates its 25th May Festival by giving a series of concerts based on a selection of the Festivals held over the past quarter of a century.

Theatre Ontario is pleased to announce the productions that will be participating in Theatre Ontario Festival 2008 in North Bay.

For its annual summer festival of contemporary opera, music and theatre, the Almeida Theatre will present a programme which includes the London premiere of An Ocean of Rain, a specially commissioned opera by Yannis Kyriakides and Daniel Danis, the European premiere of Adam Rapp’s Nocturne and British African Theatre Company Tiata Fahodzi’s first week long residency at the Almeida.

The 5th annual EarthDance Short-Attention-Span Environmental Film Festival premiers Friday, April 4, at the Oakland Museum of California with separate programs at 7:30 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Twenty-four films—from 30 seconds to 30 minutes—from Italy, India, England, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and the U.S. will be screened.
