One of the biggest fish retailers in the Illawarra, in southern New South Wales, has been caught ripping off consumers by replacing local seafood with a cheaper imported product. The Shellharbour Square Fish Market has been found guilty in the Industrial Magistrates Court of seven breaches of the Food Act.
