In a state circuit court today, Judge Randall Smith ruled its own Clerk of the Court, Faye Mitchell, violated the Virginia Freedom of Information Act by refusing to turn over public documents requested by George H. Christian regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act policies and procedures of the Chesapeake Circuit Court.

Members and Friends of CareToLive took to the streets in 10 cities across America on May 30, 2008. Why? To continue to tell the story about how some folks at the FDA were busy serving themselves when they were supposed to be serving the people of this great nation. To continue to tell the story about how 30,000 men, today, are in desperate need of a treatment for their prostate cancer, and how the FDA wrongly denied them some help.
