The NCAA 2009 Men Division I Frozen Four brackets were announced this morning on ESPN2 at 11:30 am. The rebroadcast of the selection show will be tonight at 11:30 PM or catch it on ESPN360. This year’s Number One seed is Boston University. A big surprise this year is the defending champion Boston College did not make the field. So, a new champion will be crowned.
