Nokia is suing its U.S. rival, Apple for patent infringements on mobile phone technology for the iPhone. The 10 alleged patent infringements involve wireless data, speech coding, security and encryption. Apple has become the latest company, and probably the highest profile, to leave the U.S. Chamber of Commerce over that organization's stance against limiting greenhouse gases to slow the effects of global climate change.
