Ukraine should learn to play by the rules, not with the rules, EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana told the country's Zerkalo Nedeli weekly on Saturday. Together with other high-ranking EU officials Solana arrived in Ukraine for the ninth EU-Ukraine summit on Friday.

EU foreign policy and security chief, Javier Solana, praised Monday parliamentary elections in Armenia saying they were held in line with international norms and regulations, while local opposition parties said the poll was undemocratic.
