Lincy Foundation to Implement $2 Million School Construction Program in Karabakh

LOS ANGELES (Noyan Tapan)--The prospects of a 2 million dollar school construction program to be implemented by the Lincy Foundation in Nagorno Karabakh were discussed Monday during a meeting between Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakian and Lincy Foundation Chairman Jey Rakov and Chairman of the United Armenian Fund Harut Sassounian.

Karabakh President Visits East Coast, Detroit
