Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be tried before a federal court in New York. Attorney General Eric Holder is expected to make the announcement that Mohammed, the alleged mastermind of 9/11, is being transferred from Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, along with four other detainees to New York where they will stand trial before a civilian court instead of a military commission.
