Thames Gateway Forum, London 30th November 2007 – A new report estimates that by 2016, commercial property development in London Thames Gateway could reach 5.4m sq ft of office space, 4.3m sq ft of industrial space and 2.15m sq ft of retail space with the addition of 30,000 new homes.
