Ukraine aims to develop defense cooperation with Russia before it joins NATO

The Prime Minister of the Ukraine, Victor Yanukovich, ordered Vice-Premier Vladimir Radchenko to "urgently begin preparations for the negotiations with Russia on developing cooperation in the defense complex".
