In accordance with the decision taken by the Russian Trading System Derivatives market committee on April 11th, 2008 the size of the minimal initial margins on the following futures contracts will be changed:

Effective April 21st, 2008 the procedure of providing evening clearing reports on Russian Trading System derivatives market will be changed – the reports will be distributed in two stages.

On April 10th, 2008 the following securities, admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" without listing procedure will start to be traded:

During the week of March 24th – 28th, 2008 Russian Trading System Index is up by 4,31% and reached 2049,40 (1964,65 as of March 21st, 2008). Leaders of positive impact on RTS Index became: ОАО "LUKOIL" ordinary shares (LKOH) (41,78 points), OJSC "OC "Rosneft" ordinary shares (ROSN) (15,85 points) and Gazprom ordinary shares (GAZP) – (15,45 points).

Effective April 7th, 2008 the following securities admitted to trading without listing procedure will start to be traded on OJSC "Russian Trading System":

In March 2008 Russian Trading System Index was going down, as compared to the end of February and by the end of the trading session as of March 31st, 2008 reached 2 053,93 against 2 063,94 as of the end of the previous month.

On April 8th, 2008 the following securities transferred from Quotation list V will be admitted to trading on Russian Trading System in Quotation list B:
