On December 28th, 2007 in connection with the write-off operation of Company’s securities by CJSC DCC in accordance with the Federal Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”, article 84.8., the following securities are excluded from RTS Board:

System Technologies of Hedging and RAB are approved as specialized clearing firms in commodity section of the RTS derivatives market. This decision was taken by the RTS Derivatives market committee on December 18th, 2007.

In connection with the information about the change of registrar from December 25th 2007 there appears a possibility of quoting and execution of transactions with settlements in registry for the following securities:

For the week of December 17 – December 21, 2007 total trading volume on the RTS T+0 market reached 326,6 million rubles. Total trading volume in the "second-tier" stock equaled 302,6 million rubles, 92,65% of the total trading volume.

December 21st, 2007, RTS Index is up by 1,17% and reached 2296,09 (2269,53 as of December 14th, 2007). The "second-tier" stock index – RTS-2 – is up by 0,66% to 2520,98 (2504,52 as of December 14th, 2007).

On December 25th, 2007 the following securities, which were transferred from the “List of securities, admitted to trading, but not included into quotation lists”, will be admitted to trading on OJSC “RTS” in Quotation list “B”:

In accordance with the RTS Clearing centre decision and upon the recommendation of RTS Risk-management Committee the following coefficients of market risk on securities traded in anonymous mode are set for the period of New Year’s holidays ( December 24, 2007 – January 09, 2008):

On December 24th, 2007 ordinary shares of JSC "OEMK" (RTS Board ticker – oamk) are excluded from RTS Board List of instruments due to the write-off operation of Company’s securities by CJSC DCC in accordance with the Federal Law “On Joint-Stock Companies”, article 84.8.

On December 25th, 2007 tickers for JSC "OPIN" ordinary shares where changed for the new ones: Classic market ticker – OPIN, T+0 ticker – OPING (current ticker of the given securities on the Classic market – OIVS, T+O ticker – OIVSG).

In connection with the information on the change of registrar of Bank of Moscow on December 25, 2007 the possibility of quotation with settlements in registry of Bank of Moscow ordinary shares is resumed (RTS Board ticker – mmbm).

On December 21, 2007 trading in Udmyrtneft ordinary shares is suspended on OJSC RTS in connection with the exclusion from the List of securities, admitted to trading, but not included into quotation lists (Classic market ticker – UDMN, T+0 ticker – UDMNG).

For the week of December 03 – December 07, 2007 total trading volume on the RTS T+0 market reached 276,9 million rubles. Total trading volume in the "second-tier" stock equaled 246,4 million rubles, 89,00% of the total trading volume.
