During the week of December 10th – December 14th, 2007, RTS Index is down by 0,71% and reached 2269,53 (2285,85 as of December 07th, 2007). The "second-tier" stock index – RTS-2 – is up by 1,93% to 2504,52 (2457,01 as of December 07th, 2007).

For the week of December 10 – December 14, 2007 total trading volume on the RTS T+0 market reached 306,1 million rubles. Total trading volume in the "second-tier" stock equaled 258,7 million rubles, 84,50% of the total trading volume.

Bank "Saint-Petersburg" OJSC (RTS ticker – STBK) opened the second dozen of issuers, stocks of which went through listing on Quotation list “V”.

RTS Index, the main indicator of the Russian stock market set the next record. On December 12th, 2007 by the end of the trading session the index made up 2359.85 points.

On December 13th, 2007 on FORTS (Futures and Options on RTS) there was registered a record trading volume of futures. By the trading results of the day, the trading volume made up 126,7 billion rubles or 5,2 billion dollars.

According to the decision taken by the RTS Derivatives market committee for the period of New Year’s holidays the size of Initial margin for futures contracts on sugar will be increased.

The number of participants reached 204 this year. This was the first time when computer trading systems, besides people, became contenders for the title “2007 Best private investor”.

On December 11th, 2007 RBC Information Systems ordinary shares of additional issue will be admitted to trading in OJSC “RTS” (unified state registration number 1-03-05214-A-004D dating from 01.11.2007, notification date of additional issue results in registering authority - 10.12.2007) in the number of 20 740 000.

Starting from December 11th 2007, the following securities, which join the List of securities, admitted to trading, but not included into quotation lists, will be admitted to trading on OJSC “RTS”.
