The mother of shooter Dylan Klebold has finally opened up, in "O Magazine," about her feelings on the event. Dylan Klebold (pictured on the right) and his friend Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold went on a shooting spree at Columbine High School in CO on April 20, 1999, killing 12 students and a teacher, and injuring 21 others.

Jury Can't Decide If Dad Threw Daughter Off Cliff

A Los Angeles County jury deadlocked this afternoon in the criminal trial of a Rancho Palos Verdes dad charged with throwing his 4-year-old daughter off a cliff to avoid child support payments. Today's hung jury is the second jury to return hopelessly deadlocked after a jury in a 2006 trial also couldn't reach a unanimous verdict as to whether or not the dad threw his daughter off a Rancho Palos Verdes cliff in November of 2000.

Derrion Albert Funeral Draws More Than a Thousand

More than a thousand mourners packed a South Side Chigago church on Saturday. Sadly, they were there for Derrion Albert's funeral. Albert was a 16-year-old honor student with no gang affiliations. He was an innocent bystander who was killed in violence between two gang factions of students from Christian Fenger Academy High School.

Census Worker Found Naked, Bound, Gagged: Witness

More disturbing details continue to trick out in the apparent murder of Bill Sparkman, 51, part-time census worker who some feel was killed in an anti-government act. A witness has come forward and described the body, when found, as hanging in a rural Kentucky cemetery naked, gagged, with hands and feet bound with duct tape.

The remains of Brooke Wilberger, abducted from a parking lot on in Corvallis, OR on May 24, 2004, have finally been found. Joel Courtney had earlier been arrested in Wilberger's disappearance and Monday, he pleaded to aggravated murder in connection with the case.

Execution Date Set for D.C. Sniper

Mark Nov. 10th on your calendar. On Wednesday, Prince William County Circuit Judge Mary Grace O'Brien set that date for the execution of John Allen Muhammad, who with teenage accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo was was involved in the 2002 sniper attacks in the Washington, D.C., area that left 10 dead.
