There is a new website out, called Rotten Neighbors (rottenneighbor.com) that helps you identify whether you are moving into a home with good neighbors or bad.

The city of Chicago will install 100 more neighborhood safety cameras across Chicago in the next year and assign 100 more Chicago Police Department officers to street duty, Mayor Richard M. Daley said today.
