Approximately 255 miles off the southwest coast of Mexico, Hurricane Rick is already a category 4 hurricane, and is expected to continue to grow over the next 36 hours.

A low pressure area over the Mona Passage became a tropical storm as it moved into the Eastern Dominican Republic, NOAA reported. The tropical storm Fay is expected to track westward in the direction of Florida and the Gulf of Mexico.

NOAA says the Tropical Storm Edouard is moving slowly Westward. Hurricane watches or warnings may be reuired later tonight.
