President Obama joined his wife, Michelle, in Copenhagen today in an effort to make a final push to bring the Olympics to U.S. soil again ahead of the 2016 Olympics announcement. Chicago is one of the finalists and the odds are not bad for the Windy City. Mrs. Obama and Oprah Winfrey arrived prior to the President Obama and have blazed a trail in Copenhagen showing their determination to bring the 2016 Olympics to Chicago.

Michelle Obama Boosts Bid for Chicago US Olympics 2016

Michelle Obama is hoping that the 2016 Olympics will be held in Chicago. Mrs. Obama was born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, not far from the suggested locations for the 2016 Olympic Games.
