U.S. talk show queen Oprah Winfrey opened her second school for poor South African youth Friday, this one an innovative, environment-friendly institution she hopes will be a model for public education in this country.

Oprah.com, a leading women's lifestyle website, announced today Oprah's Expert Minutes, which is Harpo Productions's first foray into original production for the Web. Oprah's experts, who appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show and the Oprah & Friends channel on XM Satellite Radio, all offer an array of advice on topics such as health and nutrition, finances, beauty, home décor, organization and self improvement.
