The Nigerian Times International calls for a law to punish rumour mongers as the man that was rumoured to be dead, Alhaji Umar Shehu Yar'Adua, the Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), returned to Nigeria from Germany yesterday.
