As far as prison is concerned, Phil Spector caught a break as he will get to serve out his 19 year prison sentence for murder at a "sensitive needs facility" in California's largest state prison.

The jury has reached a verdict in the case of music producer Phil Spector, 68, who was accused of fatally shooting 40-year-old actress Lana Clarkson in February 2003. The first trial was declared a mistrial in September 26, 2007, with a 10-2 (favoring guilty) deadlock. In this case, the verdict was guilty of second-degree murder.
