Philippines Hit by 4th Typhoon

Typhoon Mirinae, with winds of 93 miles per hour and gusts of up to 115, hit the Quezon Province northeast of Manila around midnight Friday. This was the 4th typhoon to hit the Phillipines in the past several weeks. By Saturday, the typhoon in Phillipines was down graded to a tropical storm. So far, there are 14 people dead and four missing as a result of Typhoon Mirinae.
