Nuance Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUAN) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 7.0 million shares of its common stock at $17.50 per share. Nuance is selling 6,773,000 shares in the offering and certain members of Nuance management are selling an additional 227,000 shares in the offering.

After much anticipation, Renault today announces full UK pricing and specification for its eagerly-awaited New Laguna range, the flagship car for the company’s three-year growth plan, Renault Commitment 2009. Prices start at £15,990 and in some cases, are more than £500 less than the outgoing range.
