What do you do when a company you have sued hires a law firm which has won a court battle against you before? Well, that is the situation confronting apple at the moment. Apple recently filed a law suit against Psystar earlier this month , whom they accuse of violating Apple’s copyright. Psystar sells Mac clones.

Come on, you had to be expecting this. The question wasn't if, but when (and perhaps, what was taking so long). Since Psystar opened up its doors in April we've been waiting for the hammer to fall, and apparently Apple's really big hammer fell on July 3rd, with a lawsuit filed.

Despite all the skepticism from the media, Psystar has produced a video that purports to show "the triplets," three Open Computers running Ubuntu Linux, Windows XP and Mac OS X Leopard.

As we continue to try to determine if Psystar is for real or not (it claims making Mac computer clones), the company has (Psystar) updated its site to say that Psystar store is up and running and orders are shipping.
