Intel Corporation's board of directors has increased its quarterly dividend on the company's common stock approximately 10 percent, to 14 cents per share.

Imation Corp. announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share, payable September 28, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2007.

The IBM board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per common share, payable June 9, 2007 to stockholders of record May 10, 2007.
