The case of Henry Louis Gates and arresting officer Sgt. James Crowley still has legs, it seems. Through a Massachusetts public records request, the Boston Herald has uncovered a number of complaints filed against Crowley in the past.

This is what America has become. It's no wonder that other countries look at us as racist idiots. We in fact demonstrate our insanity with events like this, a woman shouting "Heil, Hitler" to a Jewish man extolling the virtues of Israel's health care system.

I doubt that this doll was produced with the intent of racism, and for once I believe the assertions that it just didn't occur to the manufacturer that this would be an issue, but still, use a little common sense, will you? A doll with a headband that says "little monkey" might be a problem if the doll is black.

Atwater, CA City Councilman Gary Frago, who was in hot water earlier over racist jokes sent by him via email, is in boiling water now. Additional emails uncovered by the Merced Sun-Star indicate even more egregious emails.

As if to confirm Henry Louis Gates' accusations of racism and racial profiling against the Boston PD, Boston police officer Justin Barrett sent an email containing racist comments to The Boston Globe, members of his National Guard unit and a select few Boston police officers. He has since been suspended, pending a termination hearing.

Every time you turn around, the right is exhibiting racism in one form or another. This one here verges on xenophobia. Of course, Kilmeade apologized today. Whoopee.
