Children discover the joy of dance at American Dance Institute's Angelina Ballerina Open House

American Dance Institute will recognize National Dance Week with the Angelina Ballerina Open House, an interactive day of dance with the mouse heroine of the Angelina Ballerina storybooks. On Sunday, April 29th from 12pm to 2pm children of all ages can enjoy a free afternoon of dance, crafts, performances and a ballet "petting zoo." The children can meet and dance with Angelina, try on real tutus and dance at the barre with professional dance instructors.

Wealthy 'Amenity' Ranchers Taking Over The West

A new study suggests that in many parts of the American West, the grizzled, leathery rancher riding the range to take care of his cattle and make a buck is being replaced by wealthy "amenity" owners who fly in on weekends, fish in their private trout ponds, and often prefer roaming elk to Herefords. They don't much care whether or not the ranch turns a profit.
