Union County Chamber of Commerce was celebrating one of its newest members on Tuesday. The Restaurant Kavkaz, which features Russian, Eastern European, Middle Eastern and Armenian gourmet food, became a member of the Chamber. Tomorrow it will feature and introduce one of the most renowned Chefs from the West Coast who traveled to Charlotte this afternoon from Los Angeles.
