Anti-piracy company MediaDefender, which defends its clients' intellectual property by disrupting the content on peer-to-peer networks, launched a denial of service attack (SYN flood) against Revision3 over Memorial Day weekend.

Some days ago Revision 3, a new media company that distribute their content via Internet was under a DDoS attack. They just released in its blog that the attack came by no other than MediaDefender.

Revision3, the leading Internet television network, and DivX, Inc. today announced the availability of a number of Revision3 shows online at DivX Stage6.
