On Nov 21 Samsung announced that it has developed the "world's slimmest" LCD Panel for mobile phones. The new LCD panel is 0.82mm thin - which matches about the thickness of a credit card. LCD panel, manufacturers can cut the thickness of a mobile phone 1.4 to 2.4 mm, the company said.
