Saturn launched the “Kiss My Astra” national photo contest, offering Saturn fans an opportunity to show just how much they would love to win a new Saturn Astra.

Saturn is offering Charlotte-area residents the opportunity to prove just how much they would love to win the all-new Saturn Astra. Sixteen contestants will be selected to compete in a car-kissing marathon at the Charlotte International Auto Show on Nov. 17, with the winner securing a new Astra before it goes on sale to the public later this year.

Saturn today announced that the all-new 2008 Saturn Vue Green Line hybrid will have a fuel economy rating of 25 miles per gallon in city and 32 miles per gallon on the highway -- the best highway mileage of any sport utility vehicle.

Saturn Astra - the all-new sport compact car with European-bred driving dynamics - arrives in dealerships early next year. But enthusiasts who want to be among the first to see, feel and drive the Astra can participate in one of 14 test drive programs held this fall across the United States, between Oct. 12 and Dec. 13.

The all-new 2008 Saturn Astra will not only provide a European flavor and taut ride-and-handling characteristics to the North American market but will also offer a wide range of standard equipment, safety features, and very good fuel economy for an MSRP of under $16,000.
