An entire church has been convicted of fraud. That's right, the Church of Scientology has been convicted of fraud by a Paris court. The group's French branch immediately announced an appeal.

After months of stalling in the courts, the judge decided it was a stalemate. Scientology wanted to show an example of what it could to its enemy, Anonymous. Anonymous is unfazed.

International news tells us today that one Anonymous member with the name Dmitriy Guzner was charged with trying to bring down the servers of the Church of Scientology back in January 2008.
