CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, today declared a third-quarter dividend of $1.15 per share, payable September 25, 2008, to shareholders of record September 10, 2008.

Atos Origin (Euronext Paris: ATO ), a leading IT services company, and NYSE Euronext (NYSE Euronext: NYX), the world's leading exchange group, announced the completion of their transaction in which NYSE Euronext acquires the 50% stake in Atos Euronext Market Solutions (AEMS) owned by Atos Origin, and Atos Origin acquires AEMS's third-party Clearing and Settlement and Capital Markets businesses. This agreement was previously announced in December 2007.

CME Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: CME) announced it priced an underwritten public offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due 2009, $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate notes due 2010 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.40% notes due 2013. The floating rate notes due 2009 will bear interest equal to LIBOR plus 0.20% per year, adjusted quarterly.

Beijing-based China Mass Media listed its American Depositary Shares on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol "CMM" after its recent IPO in which it raised $50 million.

Certificate trading on Scoach via the technology of the fully electronic and pan-European trading system Xetra has been underway for 100 days now. Transferring the structured products to the Xetra platform reduced the order execution time to a fraction of previous execution times.
