NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB) listed three ELEMENTS ETNs linked to Benjamin Graham Intelligent Value Indices on NYSE Arca.

CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, today announced that July 2008 volume averaged 11.2 million contracts per day, with total volume for the month exceeding 245 million contracts. Compared with July 2007, volume was down 1 percent.

NZX has today commenced a three-month trial pricing structure change for trades on NZX in ASX Overseas and Dual Listed securities. In the trial pricing structure only one side of a trade in any ASX Overseas and Dual Listed security will be charged. In this structure, passive executions will be paid a 0.05 basis points rebate per trade. Charges for aggressive executions are unchanged.

CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, announced today that the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has granted CME Group the status of a Recognized Body within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) for all CBOT products. The DFSA is the independent, integrated regulatory authority responsible for the regulation of all financial and ancillary services conducted in or from the DIFC.

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today reported net income of $195 million, or $0.73 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2008 , a $34 million or 21% increase as compared to net income of $161 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2007 . These results are presented in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Deutsche Börse is further expanding its segment for exchange-traded index funds on the pan-European Xetra trading platform and has admitted three new ETFs issued by Société Générale Asset Management Index (SGAM Index) to trading.
