T-Mobile is reportedly offering $100 credits to some users who suffered data loss on their Sidekick device, but for some that is just not enough. T-Mobile was hit with two separate class-action lawsuits this week alleging that the company misled consumers into believing that their data was more secure than was the case. The data loss on the T-Mobile Sidekick phones happened October 10th and most of the data is assumed to be unrecoverable.
