Taxpayers can now file five affected forms as the Internal Revenue Service is now processing five tax forms affected by legislation involving the Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT).

The Internal Revenue Service announced on July 5th a redesigned Form 8857, Request for Innocent Spouse Relief, that will help reduce follow-up questions and reduce the burden on taxpayers.
