Paul Kirk to Be Named Ted Kennedy Interim Replacement

NBC News has received confirmation that Mass. Gov. Deval Patrick will name Paul G. Kirk, Jr. as the interim replacement for the late Sen. Ted Kennedy. The appointment will last until a special election takes place Jan. 19th of next year.
