Ulster Bank Dublin Theatre Festival Announces 2008 Program

Following last year's hugely successful Festival during which the box office reached over one million euro for the first time, Loughlin Deegan today announced details of the programme for the 2008 Festival which will run from 25th September – 12th October. With 27 shows in 16 venues and productions from 12 different countries including Ireland, South Africa, England, Scotland, USA, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Colombia and Argentina, a unique celebration of theatre is planned for Dublin.

Intiman Theatre Presents 'The Little Dog Laughed'

Intiman Theatre, under the leadership of Artistic Director Bartlett Sher and Interim Managing Director Kevin Maifeld , continues its 2008 season with the comedy The Little Dog Laughed by Douglas Carter Beane, directed by Fracaswell Hyman. Performances will begin at the Intiman Playhouse, 201 Mercer Street at Seattle Center , on Friday, August 15 and continue through Saturday, September 13. The opening night performance is Wednesday, August 20 at 7:30 pm.
